  • Orders placed after business hours or on Sundays/Mondays will be processed the next business day
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

  • Items may ship separately from other products in your order

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Hellbender Outfitters is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Hellbender Outfitters is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues after the package has been marked as delivered

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
