Refund policy

Returns (In-Store & Retail Items)

We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Cash purchases may be refunded as store credit at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built fishing rods
  • Rod repairs or modification services
  • Used fishing gear or equipment
  • Worn apparel or footwear
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Consumables (line, bait, cleaning products, etc.)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days, subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will:

  • Inspect the item
  • Offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation

Manufacturer warranties may apply and will be handled accordingly.

Custom Rod Builds & Special Orders

All custom rods and special orders are final sale.

Due to the personalized nature of these builds:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the build has started or been completed
  • Any issues related to craftsmanship will be addressed at our discretion

Repairs & Service Work

All repair and service work is:

  • Non-refundable once completed
  • Covered under a limited workmanship guarantee

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Failures due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Store Credit

In certain situations, refunds may be issued as store credit at management discretion.

Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
